Windy and her team are nothing short of exceptional and because of this, we were able to sell our home effortlessly. The main reason why this was truly remarkable was that we were trying to sell our home from Germany. From the start, she effectively marketed the home using every media available. Impressively, she was able to work with our tenant to quickly put together a professional video which not only showed a beautifully staged home, but also made use of drone footage provide areal views of the community, parks, and shopping areas. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words, but Windy did more than that by showing a movie which garnered over 3K views. When we received an offer, Windy provided expert advice and quickly knew that the offer for the full amount was serious and solid. Following the offer, Windy guided me through the various negotiations following the inspection of the home. Further, Windy worked closely with me through the closing process which proved to be a bit more complicated since I live in Germany. With her help and guidance, I was able to complete all required signatures and ensured I made the right moves down to how and when to change out and close the various utilities for the home. At the end of the day, I sold my home without any problems and received the full asking price.
